How does EZ Custom Fundraisers work?

We create custom-designed products (and more) for your organization, set up a fundraising page, and handle everything—printing, shipping, and customer service. You just share the link and earn money!

Who can use EZ Custom Fundraisers?

Any youth sports league, scout troop, school, nonprofit, or community group looking for an easy, hassle-free way to raise funds.

Is there any upfront cost?

No! There are no fees, no upfront costs, and no inventory to manage.

What types of products can we sell?

We offer a variety products such as mugs, travel tumblers, glassware, water bottles, Christmas ornaments, apparel and much more. Historically, coffee mugs perform the best for the first fundraiser.

Who comes up with the designs?

We do! You provide your logo, team colors, and any slogan or message you’d like. Our design team will provide 2-4 different designs based off your needs.

How long does each fundraiser last?

Each fundraiser runs for 30 days.

We understand that most organizations already have an apparel supplier. That’s why we focus on offering unique, non-apparel products that stand out! From custom coffee mugs and Christmas ornaments to automobile magnets and phone cases, our products provide a fresh, exciting way to fundraise beyond traditional apparel.

How do we promote our fundraiser?

We provide custom social media graphics to help you promote your link via your social media channels. We also provide email templates you can use to send out to your email list.

How much money do we make?

Your organization earns 25% of all sales. The more you sell, the more you make.

Can we track sales during our fundraiser?

Yes. You will receive a login to track sales in real-time on our fundraising portal.

How do members place orders?

Members order directly through your custom fundraising link, and we handle the rest!

Who handles shipping?

We print, package, and ship orders directly to customers, so you don’t have to worry about distribution.

When do we get paid?

At the end of your 30-day fundraiser, we send your earnings via Venmo or PayPal.

Can individual families organize their own fundraisers if our team chooses not to?

Yes! We understand that, in some cases, fundraising falls on individual families. We’re happy to assist you with your fundraiser.
